Life Line Screening

Life Line Screening is coming to DuBois on Monday, November 6^th at the DuBois Country Club. Guests will have the opportunity to be screened for Carotid Artery Disease, Peripheral Arterial Disease, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm, and Atrial Fibrillation. Cost for all screenings is $149.
