Every Wednesday morning, enjoy Hatha Yoga with Maddison from Sol Integrative Wellness at Treasure Lake's Lakeview Lodge and Conference Center! Hatha Yoga is great for strengthening, increasing flexibility/range of motion, fostering piece of mind, and is much more! This weekly class will be accessible to any skill level, including beginners.
